No, and neither can anyone else. Approval is a decision made by an IRCC officer under Canadian law. Any representative who guarantees an outcome, or offers to arrange one through a contact, is committing misrepresentation and putting your future admissibility at risk. We commit to the quality of the application, not the result.
Yes. Under section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, only a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), a lawyer or paralegal who is a member of a Canadian law society, or a Quebec notary may represent or advise you for a fee. Our licence number is 343459 and you can and should verify it yourself on the CICC public register at college-ic.ca before you hire us or anyone else.
Our consultation fee depends on your stream and case, so we confirm it once you get in touch — message us on WhatsApp or call the office and we'll quote it before you book. If you proceed after that, the professional fee is fixed in your retainer agreement before any work begins. Government processing fees, biometrics, medicals and translations are separate, and you pay those directly to the relevant body rather than to us.
Processing times are set by IRCC and change constantly by stream and visa office. Current published times are on the IRCC website, and we'll show you the relevant one at your assessment. We don't quote timelines we can't control, and no representative can shorten a queue.
Sometimes. The first step is ordering the GCMS notes to see the officer's actual reasoning, which is often quite different from the refusal letter. Once we know the real ground of refusal we can tell you whether a re-application is realistic, and if it isn't, we'll say so.
